To get started with your Audit & Strategy, there is a one time investment due that covers the deliverables outlined above.

If you decide to move forward with a build or implementation within 30 days after this phase is complete, half of your investment will be automatically applied toward your next phase.

If you're not ready to move forward after this phase is complete, no problem—there are absolutely no strings attached.

Scope of Work

The following outlines the full scope of services included in this Audit & Strategy engagement with Snap Automation.

This phase is strictly limited to discovery, analysis, and strategic recommendation.

No implementation or technical development will be performed during this phase.

The obligations of Snap Automation for this engagement will be considered satisfied upon Snap Automation's completion and submission of the following deliverables:

1. Business Systems Audit

A structured, consultative review of your current business systems, processes, tools, and workflows. This includes intake of your existing tech stack, workflow descriptions, and access to relevant materials (as provided by you).

2. Bottleneck & Inefficiency Analysis

A high-level analysis of operational friction points, redundancies, and gaps in efficiency based on the information and documentation you submit. This does not include process reengineering, SOP creation, or team training.

3. AI + Automation Opportunity Mapping

A curated list of feasible automation and AI opportunities that align with your business goals, budget, and challenges. This list is strategic in nature and does not include development, configuration, or platform-specific implementation.

4. Next Step Recommendations

Clear, actionable next steps to proceed into solution design, build, and integration, or additional research services if necessary. These recommendations may include proposed timelines, required systems access, and estimated scope and proposal for future work.

Important Clarifications

  • This phase is limited to analysis and advisory only. It does not include any system integrations, CRM configurations, workflow automations, or technical setup.

  • Further services (implementation, build, or integration) will be quoted and scoped separately.

  • Snap Automation is not responsible for the accuracy of assessments based on incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate client-provided information.

  • Recommendations are based on industry best practices and professional judgment, but the decision to act on them remains the client’s responsibility.

  • While Snap Automation will thoroughly explore potential solutions during this engagement, there is no guarantee that a feasible or fully implementable solution will be identified. If no viable solution is found, Snap Automation will provide a clear summary of findings, including feasible options and recommended next steps.

Submission of this form constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the scope outlined above.

Submission Details

Be sure to populate the following fields with the same contact information you have been using throughout our engagement process. Accuracy is critical as these fields are used to map your responses to your profile within our CRM.

*IMPORTANT*

If you are registering on behalf of someone else (such as a business owner or the primary point of contact for the engagement), please be sure to enter the email address & contact info of the person that you would like to receive the email & onboarding link to the client portal setup & login.

Be sure to use the same company name that you've been using in previous communications so we can map the various contacts on your team properly to your business.

Submitting the payment form will immediately trigger a registration email to the email address you provide, allowing the recipient to set up access to the client portal.

For this reason, use the email of the person who should receive and complete the client portal setup.

During setup, you may create a password that can be shared with anyone at your company who may need access to the client portal to help complete the intake forms.

Once you are set up in the client portal, you will have the option to select your preferred communication preferences (key contacts to be included on communications, messaging channels, etc...) which we will note and confirm in our kick off call.

This helps ensure a seamless transition into your personalized client portal and allows us to provide all necessary onboarding materials efficiently.
